Payment

Payment for items purchased on the house numbers online may be made by;

• Pay Securely Online with Credit Card - Visa or Mastercard. Use your credit card directly through our secure shopping cart.

• Direct Deposit (Within Australia)
  
  Direct Deposit Details will be supplied with the invoice that is emailed to you once you have completed checkout. If you have not received the direct deposit details after checkout, please contact us.

• Australia Post Money order or Australian cheque (Within Australia)
  
  Details will be forwarded to you via email upon completion of checkout.

• Paypal - Use funds from your Paypal Account or use your credit card securely via the PayPal Payment System  [about PayPal]
  

Upon completion of checkout you will receive an automatically generated invoice with the type of payment that you have chosen shown on the invoice.

If you have chosen to pay by direct deposit, Australia Post Money Order or cheque, we will allow 10 working days for your payment to reach us, if it has not arrived within the 10 working days you will be notified and the transaction will be cancelled.

Orders may be placed securely online or via the downloadable order form. Note if ordering via fax or post orders may be paid for via credit card, direct deposit (Australian residents), Australian Cheque, Australia Post Money Order or PayPal (Australian or International purchasers) - see the downloadable order form fo rmore information.

Shipping

Flat Rate Shipping regular post within Australia - $5.50

Flate Rate Shipping via Express Post within Australia- $9.00

Flat Rate Shipping for International Orders - $15.00

All price are in Australian Dollars. Please select your correct shipping option when proceeding through checkout .

Australian Orders are sent via regular post - please allow up to 10 working days for the delivery of your order. If you require Express Post delivery please select this option when proceeding with checkout.

International Orders are sent via Airmail - please allow up to 20 working days for the delivery of your order.

If you have not received your order within the above timeframes from date of order, please contact us.

Returns

• Decisions on refunds are made on a case by case basis.
• Refunds will not be made if you have changed your mind about the product or chose an incorrect item.
• Please Contact us before sending the items back, with details about your order and the reason for the return.
• Postage (shipping) costs are non refundable.
• Refunds or replacements will not be made if you have entered incorrect information on your order - please ensure that all information that you supply when placing your order either online or via the order form is correct.
